The Residence Inn was a pleasant surprise with huge rooms and friendly service, although the dated condition could be overlooked thanks to the welcoming staff. The location was convenient, close to the highway exit but without the noise, and the dining offered a good variety of options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were CRAZY big, with a 2nd story Master Loft featuring a king bed, and a queen bed downstairs with a kitchen and sitting area. The pool area was open most of the time, but the rooms had a strong disinfectant smell. The service was friendly and professional, and the location was great with fantastic breakfast and afternoon nibbles. The dining experience offered a good variety of food, but it was lovely all around the club house.

Wow! I was blown away by the size of the rooms at this Residence Inn. They are crazy big with a 2nd story Master Loft including a king bed, a queen bed downstairs, a kitchen, and a sitting area. However, the presence of a sign on the door indicating 'Hazardous Chemicals' was a bit concerning. The service here truly makes up for any dated conditions; the staff seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being and satisfaction, always polite and helpful. The location is superb, with several good restaurants in the area, convenient access to the Livermore Airport, and even a Costco nearby. The dining experience offered a good variety of food, including hot entries, making it enjoyable. However, the rooms having a sign about 'Hazardous Chemicals' was a bit alarming, and the presence of bed bug larvae and eggs must be addressed promptly.
